  Sipe & Sons did an incredible job and were very easy to work with. Adam is very responsive and they are very reasonably priced. I'm very happy with the work they performed and have already asked them back for a few additional projects. Couldn't be happier.

  From the estimate to the completion I had all the confidence in the world that the job was being done the right way for a good price. Outcome was even better then I had imagined it being in my head. Would recommend Sipe N Sons without any hesitation. Already have other ideas for things I would like done and know who I'll be calling to do it.

  They put in 2 dry wells on the side of my house, patched and sealed the escape window well in my basement, and fixed some of the loose stonework on my front and rear patios. I was happy with the initial job, but 2 years later one of the dry wells is clogged (leading to water in my basement) and the stone paver steps off the back patio are loose. I understand that there may be certain environmental factors that could account for this, however, I reached out to them via email and phone more than 2 weeks ago, and they haven't gotten back to me. Yet, I've received a robo email on a weekly basis for the past 2 years urging me to submit a favorable review.

  David, I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but as I described in the multiple e-mails to you. I am not responsible for environmental factors 2 years after the fact. I had explained to you that lack of gutter maintenance clogging the dry wells is not my problem to correct free of charge. If this had occurred with in 6 months of installation the matter would have been different. As for the loose paver steps, I had advised you of the fact that the steps were installed improperly at time of installation, which was not done by Sipe N Sons in the first place. At the time of estimating the job, I had given you multiple estimates for the repair. You didn't want to pay for the correct fix, so we decided on a cheaper alternative which I said wouldn't hold up long. Also, the crack in your basement is not a result of the dry wells, it may have been caused by the earth shifting, house settling, and/or poor water proofing at the time of installation. I did offer to come out and give you a free estimate for the repairs of your foundation and correct the dry well issue for a small fee. This is when you decided to be unreasonable and post negative comments out of anger and frustration.
