  I had roof damage from a windstorm. Brian came out and repaired the damage on the front no problem. A few years later I noticed some shingles missing and bubbles in other parts of the roof. I asked Brian to come over and take a look and see if if my roof needed any work. He came over and charged me over $400 and said my roof was fine and covered a few spots where a shingle or two was missing. Needless to say I needed a whole roof tear off because I had water leaking in my house when it rained and from the snow that year. Definitely not worth the business in my opinion!

  At the time we provided service which was well over a year ago the customer was made aware his roof was at its life & would need replaced. He opted for the repair which was a temporary solution/fix. Zemco is always happy to credit a portion of what was paid towards the cost of a new roof with our company but the customer never reached out us to discuss the repair he felt was not sufficient. Our company specializes in leaks and repairs/maintenance we always provide an option if there is one but we can’t guarantee how long a repair may last especially if a roof is close to its life.

  I got a referral from a neighbor for Zemco. I had someone else repair my roof leak a few months ago and it continued to leak. Very frustrating. Bryan from Zemco came out a day earlier than scheduled which was great with me. He showed me what the other person did and clearly showed a novice like me the proper way to fix the problem. His price was fantastic, he guarantees his work. He was very pleasant and professional .I highly recommend Zemco for your roofing needs. I will remember them when its time to replace my roof. Thank you Bryan!!!

  Brian from Zemco Roofing came out to our house after we had noticed some water damage on our ceiling. He came out on time and did a full assessment of our roof and attic insulation. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and informed us of some other areas in need of attention on our roof. He quoted a very fair price and was out in no time. We are very pleased and intend on using Zemco Roofing in the future!
