  Long story short, we bought an investment home with a problematic roof. I mean it had leaks everywhere on what looked to be a 50+ years old roof. I contacted 3 companies for an estimate, telling them that I'd like the roof replaced within 1 month. When I called AAR (All Area Roofing) immediately came out with in the week and explained to me where all my leaks were and showed me that the house also had mold. This was the only company that came out where the owner of the company actually climbed on the roof and went into my attic. When Jimmy Garree from AAR came out, he was on time and friendly. He was the first person to come by, and gave the best bid out of all three companies. He not only had the best price but gave me a heads up that there is a good chance of dry rot and cost of replacing the sheet of wood so that there would not be a bunch of extras. They also quoted me on the installation and new gutters. This being an investment home I was very price conscious, but I know the work had to be done. He gave me great news! The shingles had a lifetime warranty and the warranty came with a 12 year work warranty. This transfers to the new owner and are a great selling point. Jimmy’s team was kind and efficient. They cleaned up as best as possible at the end of each day. I'm really impressed with this company and the people who represent them. They're so good that the neighbors, who we haven't met yet, have left notes at our house for a referral (they saw how pretty the roof turned out and admired the efficiency of the team). The 5-star reviews aren't fake. They deserve every single one. Bravo.

  They were very professional and not only made sure that I was satified with the roof but made sure property was undamaged and thoroughly cleaned. Haven't had any problems. Would recommend them to anyone. .
