  Great service! Charles and his repair techs did a flat roof repair on one of my commercial properties after two other roof companies failed to fix the leak. They fixed it the first time out. They did such a great job and I had them put a metal roof on one of my rental properties. Did a fantastic job, very professional!

  Charles is amazing!!! I had a roof leaf and he took care of all issues and concerns. Very prompt and accommodated my crazy work schedule. The roof was fixed and even sent me pictures of the repair. If you are looking for that “go to” roofer Charles is the guy for that! His passion for his career reflects on his great attitude and care for the customers! Charles, you are my “go to” guy for roofing. I can not say thank you enough!!

  Few things are as frustrating as purchasing a home and then waking up to discolored water spots on your bedroom ceiling. With impending rain on its way I knew I needed whatever was leaking fixed quickly. After conducting a Google search, I reached out to Charles at Your Local Roofing Company. He was highly responsive, professional, and happy to come out to check out my roof, even though it was an early Saturday morning appointment. When Charles arrived light rain had begun to fall and Charles immediately got to the source of the issue (My house is a 2 story and Charles climbed the ladder to a high pitch despite the rain). A short 30 minutes later, the roof was fixed, Charles was packed up and on his way. Although I have never had to deal with a roof issue before I cannot believe that a repair experience could have gone any better. I highly recommend Charles and Your Local Roofing Company for any of your roofing issues!
