My home was damaged during Hurricane Erma. I had Larry Neese from Neese Roofing come to my home give me a price and estimated replacement time. My wife and I are so pleased with the work from all of the people involved with the replacement of my roof. We had guys on my roof during downpours of rain ! I can't say enough good things about this company.  We had our roof damaged in 2017.  The insurance company wasn't willing to give us much value on our roof.  However, Neese roofing was there for us.

My wife and I have two children with a rare genetic disorder that creates significant financial hardship for us.  When Larry Neese and his family heard about our story, they went the extra mile to help us get the repairs done before our deadline with our insurance company.

Lastly, you might ask how did the roof look?  How did it do with codes in Port Saint Lucie?  The answer in short is great.  Our roof looks amazing and codes only came out once to check the work.  There was nothing they needed to do for codes after the work was done.  The men that worked on our roof were amazing and courteous.  In fact, we feel secure that we have the best roof for any events that come our way.

We had our roof replace by Larry Neese Roofing.  Darrick was our salesman and a member of the Neese family. He was very easy to work with and very pleasant.  We would high recommend this company for their expert installation, and for the clean up of the property after installation of new roof. I thought I had a roof leak, Derrick Neese came out and was so professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He explained that it was not a roof leak and gave suggestions on what to look for and do. I cannot tell you how nice his honesty was and how much I appreciated it. Fortunately I do not have  roof leak so do not need to have the company perform any repairs, however if I do have any roofing needs in the future, Larry Neese Roofing will be the first I contact

I contacted Bob on August 26th to have them check out one of my rental properties that had a leaky roof. I asked them to check and see if they can just repair the roof or if it needed to be replaced. They went out right away the next day to check it out. I got a call when they where there with the tenants and was told it can be repaired for somewhere around $600 and that they would send me the write up via e-mail later that day. I never received that e-mail so I contacted them again on the 30th (Monday) to ask when I would receive it. I was told by Wednesday. Now I have a lot of rentals so I admit I had forgotten about it and realized on October 2nd that I still had not received an e-mail. I had not realized it was a Saturday when I messaged them but was told "I can't do anything until Monday". Understandable but an apology for not getting the write up sent to me would have been nice. On Monday October 4th I get a message from them asking if I want shingles or a metal roof. This was a surprise to me as a month ago the roof was good enough to repair. He informed me that when he went the first time no one was home so he wasn't able to check out the roof. That was a lie as he had called me when he was with the tenants on the 27th. I also know the tenants personally and they told me he was there. Ok well if the roof really needs to be replaced I would like the quote. Well here it is October 8th and I still have no write up for the job. I'll be contacting another company today. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time trying to get anything done with this guy.

Ms. Vinz, This is Mr. Neese, I am sorry that you have had a poor experience. After some review and meeting with Bob, I wanted to let you know that we did have a misunderstanding with the proposal at your home. We have several homes that we are currently providing proposals for and completing roofs on with the same last name (relatives) and same property management company and this did create some misunderstanding.
We realized that with multiple contact points, tenants, and property managers some things were misunderstood on our end. The property management company that manages properties for your family we have serviced for many years, I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I will reach out to you by phone as well.
