  We were so happy with the entire experience. The salesmen were very thorough and pleasant. Kept us informed throughout the process. Matt, the installer was great! So friendly and explained. everything. He kept it clean and organized. We are thrilled with our walking shower.

  Started out rough, sales stopped by and clarified and was very appeasing there after. Construction started a week later, the contractor I have nothing but praise for. They were clean, considerate, communicated very well. Everything was taken care of. I anticipated a giant mess during the actual construction, both plumber and installer Matt were beyond organized and clean during the process. During the demo installer found black mold, and all issues were addressed and followed through upon. All issues were addressed with accuracy and urgency. All in all to summarize, I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and outcome. This upgrade will allow me the independence to stay in my home for the rest of my life.

  Products arrived, install went smooth except for waiting for approval through the city of rapid city building department. There were issues during install, however the issues were handled efficiently. Installers were detail oriented, and were efficient. We would use this company again.....
