  Got as far as receiving a quote. Was excited to finally get my home repaired!! Called 5 times asking about scheduling with no reply from the man who provided me my original quote. There was an issue with the quote so I called and emailed, never received a reply. I understand these are busy times but this was over a span of a month+…. I was ready to accept their proposal once they changed the quote to match the work that was needed. Very disappointed and I will not be calling or recommending this company in the future.

  I worked with Al at XL Property & Contracting for several months during the sale of my home. XL Property and Contracting installed a new roof and furnace in the home and did an excellent job. Being in a different state and having to trust a Company to take care of your home and perform the services required can sometimes be difficult, however, Al and XL Property & Contracting made this process extremely easy and trustworthy for me. Al was always available to answer any questions, communicated continuously and showed transparency throughout the entire process.
