  The original roof didn't leak but the new one has in three different places. They have been slow to respond, have admitted to incorrect installation, have then refused to repair the ceilings involved and then refused to repaint and now after repainting myself for 7 hours the paint is peeling. I can only assume it is still wet up there. Don't use these folks.

  This company is AMAZING! I needed a repair on my gutters, and have called many companies without any luck until I found SER Roofing & Siding! I spoke with Tom S. he scheduled an appointment for a free estimate for the next morning, Tom came to my home on time and was able to give me a good estimate. Tom got the tools he needed and got right to the job, he communicated with me during every step of the way he was very knowledgeable about his work and is very good at explaining the problem and the best way to solve the problem. Tom is polite and truthful during the whole process and works diligently to get the job done and do neat and clean work. Being a single mom and a homeowner, I have been swindled and over priced by many companies, but not this company and not Tom! Tom has done a remarkable job on my house and I have already recommended him to my friends and family!

  The upper front porch had ice and water damage and the deck, rubber membrane, and railings had to be replaced. They did a fantastic job at a great price. Very honest courteous and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Tom is a rock star!!
