  This was our third time using Window World in Winchester. This time we had siding done also. We we're told that they would be here at the end of August. If we hadn't called them a week before the installation date we would of never known they weren't coming. We were then told to call back in a few weeks to get a drop date. We were then told it would be the end of October. Finally we the siding was delivered and they said they would start within 3 days of the siding being delivered. Almost 2 weeks later their contractor shows up to work. With in a few weeks all the siding was bubbling, it took them a few more weeks to come out and fix it. Attached is 2 pictures of how it looks after they fixed it . I sent an email to the company and calls to the sales men, nothing has been done . They just seem to have an I don't care attitude about them. Never again

  Called several times regarding windows not set in their casing properly. 3 sets of windows slide down from the top when open bottom part of window. Was promised by manager that they would repair problem. He never showed or called. Very poor customer service. Would not use them again.

  Terrible. Leaks everywhere after window install. Metal wrap doesn't match. Angel told his employee whom told my wife to get out of our place so he didn't have to fix the issue. Lawsuit is building.
