  From estimate to finished product, we couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience we had with Window World of Mason City. We purchased all new windows, a sliding glass door & changed from white to barn red siding!! Our house looks amazing & we can't say enough about how great Window World is!!! Thank you so very much for the great customer service & fabulous products!!!!

  Estimate, measuring and installation was easy an easy process. Had to wait 6-8 weeks for install, but it was worth it. Thanks Window World!

  Installation is fantastic. My first order took over 2 months which I thought was because the door I ordered was a special size. I wasn't given a choice of the screen door which I thought was strange. This door is not a special size. I didn't accept the original. They ordered the one I would accept and after 2 months I had never received a call or anything to let me know the status. When I called them they said it would be on the next truck but after all this time I decided not to wait anymore and cancelled.
