Mike and his team were at our home in less than an hour from our call. We had heavy water damage. The crew was very respectful, worked hard and fast. Cleaned up the mess and set up 18 fans and 3 dehumidifiers. Our main floor 1938 solid oak floors looked like they would need to be torn out and Mike had all the confidence with the equipment they used to dry and flatten each board, turns out he was right. Thank you ServPro!!

The ServPro employess arrived when they said they would, explained process, and got to work. They had to check back on drying and kept in touch about when they would be here Very professional.
