  Installation crew was great. Dealing with company was horrible. Was told windows would be installed 50 days from signing contract. After 100 days and no contact from WW started calling to ask what was up. They just blamed everything on COVID. They said windows were not available due to shortages. After 130+ days and many calls from us, our windows “showed up.” Later learned our windows had been available for quite some time but there was a shortage of manpower. Every time we called them they were dismissive and never returned calls. Quality of windows and install was fine, but dealing with the company would prevent me from using them again.

  Windows were delayed and the door was not delivered with the windows. Installation was fast, professional and clean except they would not leave a receipt. Now I know why. Unresponsive to calls. We called several times with no response. Three windows are not sealed properly but no response to have corrected. No estimated delivery date for the door. The door just happens to be under warranty from a previous installation.
