  They did an estimate of 22k and said I had no hail or wind damage meaning it was all out of pocket. I called Mr. Hicks Roofing, the owner Eddie came and did the inspection and found hail and wind damage, USAA approved me for 26k. So happy I got a 2nd opinion.
