  Rich Petritis, the owner of Window Concepts of Milwaukee is a warm, down to earth business owner who understands the needs of the homeowner and works within their budget to meet their home improvement needs. This is the second time we have had windows replaced by Window Concepts of Milwaukee and have worked with Rich and his installation crew and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The windows we have had replaced are an incredible improvement in quality, functionality and aesthetics! Every interaction we have had with Window Concepts of Milwaukee has been a positive experience, from their customer service folks to our experienced and skilled (also very pleasant) installers up to the owner.   Window Concepts did window installation in 2019 for us, and in 2021 turned our porch to a 3 season room and sided our home . Both times the quote was very reasonable and the service great. Even with short supply of materials in 2021, they ran short on the siding when completing the garage, but had the needed material in three days, and the crew installed the next day. Had relatives who had another company doing there job and when the crew ran short of material they waited about 2 months. Both times the job was completed very professionally. Rick from Window Concepts was out a couple times during the install. Highly recommend.

  I had a very professional and satisfying experience with Window Concepts of Milwaukee. This was my second time using them for my window and door needs. Mike did a great job on the sales end, offering a great price, and making sure the entire process was smooth. Leonard was right on with his measurements and Jake did an awesome job installing the windows, making sure that any lead paint was captured in the plastic that was put down inside and outside the house. The installation was flawless and of high quality. I absolutely love my new windows and have thoroughly enjoyed the patio door installed a couple years ago. I highly recommend Window Concepts of Milwaukee for your window and door needs.
