  We had an Oak tree fall on our house during a wind and rain storm. As we were new to the area, my local insurance office suggested I contact Giertsen. They immediately sent out a tree removal specialists who gently pulled the tree off of the house and hauled it away. He then covered several holes in the roof that were made by tree limbs as they pierced into the two ceilings of our upstairs bathrooms. This kept any further water from getting into the house in future storms while we waited on the insurance company adjustment. They sent an electrician out to reinstall the exhaust fan that was knocked out of the ceiling by a tree branch. Then Mike came out and patched the holes and painted the ceilings of both bathrooms. He did an incredible job! Looking at the ceilings you would never know that they were ever damaged. Giertsen worked with the insurance company and happily advised me as I had questions. John, Lisa and Mike did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They acted like I was their only customer. I would highly recommend anyone needing restoration or contract work to contact the Giertsen Company.
