Whitt Roofing has installed two foam roof coverings on two large industrial roofs for us. The attention to detail, quality products they use and professionalism of their crews are second to none. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

The installation of my roof was done so professionally. Very nice crew and so clean. It took half the time I expected and they left everything so clean when they left. I rev one Whitt’s roofing to anyone needing repairs or new roof.

I have use Whitts Roofing for both personal in business. They have done me a great job in both. LeRoy will always return a call or text and is super friendly to work with. They will keep you in the loop and if you do have a problem they will attend to it quickly. In my opinion there is not a better roofing company out there.

Leaked  in house right after installing - supposably fixed - 7 years later holes in ceiling in 2 rooms where it has leaked , we didn’t know it was leaking until ceiling fell in   He came back supposably fixed the water leaks - outside only Still leaks - I put bucket under holes to catch water when it rains-  he said he didn’t think he was responsible.  Reliable company from another city came and we were told who ever put the roof on was responsible.  Now the siding they took off when they fixed last leak has come off where it was not fastened back. Another workman came to look and said flashing was put on wrong.   This a mess and Whitts Roofing is not responsible?   We thought we could trust them - we don’t have the money to just hire someone and numerous people who have come to see it don’t want to get involved.

Hi Miss Gale, I am sorry for your bad experience. You are right that it did leak after it was installed, and we did come back and fix it.
Six years later (full yr after the warranty expired) after it was out of warranty, y'all reported it that it’s leaked again,
One in the washroom, another place in the kitchen, and the third place Was in the downstairs bathroom.
And even though it was no longer under warranty we came back to check on it.
The one in the washroom it’s coming from around the chimney from where the chimney is settling and pulling away from the house. We explain to your husband, that we are not able to repair the chimney and that it will take an experience Mason to do that, your husband was quite sure it was not the chimney so to please him we removed the siding along the wall and installed new flashing and shingles, and reinstall the siding even though we are not siding installers. We also caulked the open holes around the chimney where it’s pulling away from the house. All free of charge.
We determined that the leak in the kitchen was actually the roof and so we repaired it free of charge.
The leak in the downstairs bathroom is actually condensation from the fan not running as it should, we even came back when it was raining really hard and got into the attic and there were no leaks. I am sorry that you feel like you have been taken advantage of and that it is a big mess. Our number one goal as customer satisfaction. And we are willing to do whatever we can to ensure our customers are taken care of. However as stated above it is not the roof leaking, it is the chimney, and a condensation problem in the downstairs bath. I am sorry that you are not able to hire the correct people at this time. The representative,  Tim was deceitful by switching the price we agreed upon.
After signing a contract he never committed a starting date. After I didn't hear from him it was natural for me to think that the job hadn't been started. To my surprise, the job was done without my acknowledgement. Few days later he sent me a contract dated 3/18 showing an increase of over $2000 due to so called unforeseeable expenses for material when the job was done on 4/28. This contract with the change of price was never presented to me even though the date on the contract is the same date I signed a different contract with a lower price.

We are sorry you feel that way. We have tried our best to be open and transparent with you.

We have record of sending a message letting you know we plan to do your job on 3/18 weather permitting. However the job before yours took longer than expected so we didn’t make it out to your project until 3/19 and unfortunately we failed to update you, I apologize.

The original estimate states that the original price was to remove only 1 layer of shingles and each additional layer would be and extra $30 per Sq per layer. When we started the removal process we discovered 2 additional layers for a total of 3 layers, so that was part of the additional cost.
The other additional cost comes from decking replacement. It is impossible to tell exactly how much decking will have to be replaced before the roof is removed so our estimate states that 2 sheets are free and anything more will be and additional cost. When we removed the roof we discovered extensive water  damage and had to replace 36 ft 2x4, 96 ft of 1x6, and 7 sheets of decking. So hence the additional cost.

Again we apologize that you feel like we are being deceitful, we are by no means trying to do so. Hopefully we can come to an agreement and get everything settled.

Replacement of roof was done as expected. Work was preformed in a timely manner. Satisfied with service. I would highly recommend this company.

Whitt's is Awesome! The crew came in and installed my roof in one day and it looks fantastic! Andrew and Stephanie are both great and they have excellent communication skills! They told me everything I needed to know and worked with me on my selection and time schedule. Their customer service skills exceeded my expectations. Leroy and his repair guy Nicholas were great. Estimate was reasonable for the work to be done and Leroy was available when needed via phone. Nicholas was very professional and took his time on our repair project. His workmanship was very good and so was his mannerisms. The work done looks great and we cannot be thankful enough for them to come out to do our repairs. Will definetley contact Leroy and his crew for any roofing issues we may need in the future. If Nicholas does work for you, give him plenty of Coffee and he will be good to go.

Whitt’s Roofing did a great job on the roof of our historic home. They demonstrated a sound work ethic and cleaned up each evening. We’ve never had such a high quality job in our 40 years of living in our home. They stayed on schedule and budget and were so pleasant and professional to work with on this project!

The task is always big to replace a home roof, many things to consider & evaluate, but we were very pleased with the entire process! Very easy to work with, and professional in every way! The best part about Whitts Roofing is not just the value, BUT THE PEOPLE!!
