  We purchased an Overholt chicken coop and a greenhouse from a local dealer here in Florida (WeatherKing in Ocala). Contact by Overholt to confirm the sale and provide a delivery timeframe was immediate. We were initially given an estimate of 2 weeks but they were able to push it up a few days, much to our pleasant surprise. We were contacted by someone in charge of delivery and able to call him back with questions. Delivery was on time, and their employee was professional and personable. We noticed on delivery there was a small crack in the greenhouse roof panel, the door needed adjusted, and the vent wouldn't close. All were recorded by the driver. The chicken coop was perfect...and ADORABLE! Both coop and greenhouse were solid...very well-constructed. We heard back from a manager quickly and he scheduled a time to repair the issues. We also received a call from the repairman to confirm that the time was okay for us. He was here on time and did an excellent job. The vent and door issues were easy fixes and he replaced the roof panel. Should mention that the construction is so good that he was able to walk on the roof to fix it! Love this company. Even though they're out of Georgia there was NO ISSUE with timely responses and the repair. The fact that they're family owned and operated, and the coop and greenhouse are made in the U.S.A. adds so much more too. Thank you, Overholt!

  Got my dog kennel yesterday & Man the process was amazing delivery was right on time like they said it would be they definitely was patient with me with asking questions & getting my delivery scheduled Myron was was excellent at getting everything scheduled he answers phone all the time if not you will definitely hear from him If he didn’t answer this company has been by far the best the delivery guy Marco was amazing as well he made sure I was satisfied before he left if I could give them 10 stars I DEFINITELY would !

  Our delivery man, Louis, was extremely patient with us, friendly with smiles, thorough and clear with what/how to get my large doghouse into my backyard. I’m excited to have this doghouse and happy for having a great delivery and set up! Good Customer Service is practically obsolete, in this day and age! Thank you Louis!!!
