The job they do, I would say, is mediocre. As a consumer, I expect the entire experience to be correct and enjoyable, not just the finished product. This company came to put a fence in next door to my home (I live in a three building, 12 unit townhouse development). First, all five of the men looked like they had a methamphetamine addiction or were currently using methamphetamine (one of them, I'm almost 100% was under the influence of methamphetamine- as a substance abuse professional, I know what it looks like). None of them was wearing professional uniforms (one of them wore a shirt with a pot leaf on it one day; one wore ripped up jean shorts that were 'sagging'; three of them, out of shape and awfully hairy, worked with their shirts off, showing prison tattoos and all). They had nothing that clearly stated the name of their company (not t-shirts, wasn't posted on their vehicles), I only got the info by calling my landlord and requesting it. The first day they were here, they tore out the old fence and the trees that were there. They just threw the trees in the middle of our driveway/parking lot and left them there- on day four, they still had never removed the trees from our drive area. They came up and plugged their power tools into my electrical outlet on my front porch their first day here (I pay my electric, not my landlord; they did not ask my permission and I was gone when it first happened so God only knows how long they were using my electric). When I found this and asked them if they had permission from the landlord to do that (maybe my landlord was going to issue me a rental credit for allowing this) they said no and that they'd just plug it into one of my neighbors outlets- I then let them know that was against the law so they (without asking) plugged it into the apartments that do not belong to my landlord. Terrible experience. Thankfully, I didn't give them my money.

After a short delay when the city lost the permit for our privacy fence, Welker Fence Co. did a really good job. The first day was spent setting the posts in concrete, and the next for actually erecting the fence. The workers consulted with me to double-check details or make sure the fence was as we liked. When I found some unexpected gaps under the fence because of uneven ground, the workers filled the gaps with dirt so our pets wouldn't be tempted to go under the fence. What also impressed me was the company owner came out to the site after it was finished to inspect the work. He saw some minor details that he instructed his workers to fix. These were things that didn't affect the functionality of the fence, nor was it something an untrained eye would have necessarily seen. But the fact he did this -- and corrected it -- speaks highly of his company's professionalism.

Called them over a week ago and gave them all my contact info. Was told they would call me back to schedule a time to come look at my damaged fence. Never heard from anyone again. Don’t waste your time
