  This is the company responsible for the terrible odor that blankets Tuscaloosa on a weekly basis! They’re too cheap to buy the necessary scrubber needed to clean the noxious fumes they create, and are degrading the air quality for the citizens of Tuscaloosa. Please boycott them!!

  Have been suffering from their horrible odor for 17 years. Like all other asphalt refiners, they need to add an incinerator to their stack gas but they were "grandfathered" out of the requirement. Their CANADIAN owner could care less about stinking up the city.

  Check out the long list of citizen concerns about Warrior Asphalt on ADEM's complaints page! Hard to like a foreign-owned company that dumps noxious fumes into the air that Alabama's children breathe, claiming they can't afford to clean up their mess, yet profiting off taxpayer-provided infrastructure. Seems parasitic. Need to clean up or shut down.
