  There are not enough stars to award the level of quality for Bluefin Exteriors, LLC. We are homeowner’s going on 22 years in our current home. Any homeowner, regardless of the years you have owned your home, knows that to find a good contractor is hard to do, but to find an exemplary contractor is RARE !! So, if you are looking for a contractor to install a new roof on your home you are looking at a RARE site when you look at Bluefin Exteriors, LLC. We could go on and on and on about how Top-Notch Shane and his company are! As a homeowner you want to be treated with respect and be given the honest truth, after all this is your home, your biggest investment of your life. Bluefin Exteriors, LLC is the roofing company that will do just that, treat you with respect and give you the honest truth! Shane did exactly what he said and quoted he would do, no grey areas and no surprises. From the very beginning with the initial phone call to set up the appointment to come and inspect our roof to the very last clean up day. Our roof installation was perfect, professional and our home is now protected with a quality roof (GAF Roofing Products – amazing workmanship, added beauty to our home and a fantastic warranty to stand behind their product)!!

  January 21,2022 We got a new roof today with Bluefin. We have had roofing done before but have never had someone with so much attention to detail. They put tarps down over our sidewalks, deck, and driveway and over our azaleas. They removed our yard lights so they wouldn’t get damaged. They picked up after themselves as they went along instead of pitching it all over the yard for a mess to deal with later. They used top of the line materials and were reasonably priced. Matt was so nice and very easy to deal with. It looks fantastic and we are very happy with the job they did. We highly recommend Bluefin!

  Initially I had some issues. However, the Manager did come and make as much right as possible. I appreciate the effort.

  Hi Mrs. Gamble, I’m sorry to hear your frustrations about your insurance claim and your roof leak. Bluefin never guarantees anyone that their Insurance Carrier is going to pay a claim! We have seen Insurance Carriers deny damage and then pay where no damage exists! We have photos of several interior leaks at your home, and Mr. Gamble was advised that the roof needs full replacement, but “Mr. Gamble” is the one who hired us to re-work the valley as we did…but when we tried to collect the full payment, he said he wasn’t happy the worker borrowed his ladder which I apologized and Mr. Gamble mentioned that he had another roofing company price the valley repair for $1950, so feeling bad about the ladder I agreed to discount the job and match the price! After a few months passed Starla Gamble called in and stated the roof was leaking. Bluefin sent the roofer back to investigate the leak…. Starla Gamble was present…the valley repair that her husband hired us to do is not leaking! The roof is leaking in a different part. I offered to repair the leak, but it appears that Starla Gamble wants us to do all the work for FREE, even after I discounted the repair over $1000 dollars in the beginning for her husband. No one has heard from Mr. Gamble the one who hired Bluefin to re-work the valley about any other leaks. We have offered to fix her leak in exchange for the money we originally discounted on the valley but no response.
