It seems everyone in their brother ends up with a new roof and insurance pays for it. Not us. So when we knew we were going to spend our own money on a roof (and it was not going to be cheap) we did our homework and went with Jerry and Volta Roofing. We put off installing a new roof for longer when we should have because we had a few roofers out for for quotes and never felt we could trust anyone we got a quote from... until we met Jerry. Jerry was knowledgeable, trustworthy, available, responsible and easy to understand and talk to. He responded to every question (and my husband had a lot) text, and call and we were always in contact with him or his GM. The guys who were executing the install were very friendly. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Bottom line: we weren't excited about having to install a new roof but we were more than confident with our choice of Volta Roofing to do it. I more than recommend them and would not hesitate for a minute to get a quote and a new roof from Volta.

Ben Monroe came out and did an inspection on the roof and explain the damage from the wind and hail storm and what we needed. He also explain about the quality of the shingles. He also suggested having turbines put on for better air flow through the roof. Which works real well for us. The crew was on time and did a good job in a timely matter and respectful. Christian was the project manager for my roof replacement. He kept me updated on the project. If I had a question or concerns, which weren't many he would always return calls/text messages. His customer service was excellent and I encouraged him to keep up the great work. Thank you Christian and Volta Roofing for a job well done. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for roof service.
