  Shawn was good at communicating promptly with both me and his crew. Shawn’s group repaired a leaky roof from a fairly new roof where someone else had installed the metal alleys/etc incorrectly. I believe they did a thorough and complete job. The repair debris was cleaned up— and they were mostly on schedule. I would definitely hire them again to do my next roof or repair.

  After a week of back and forth emails, Mr. Obermann sent an email with a cost. This "quote" was simply an email, not a professional document. I specfically requested a proper quote as I had to present this to my insurance. I looked passed this. Then the day comes where Mr. Obermann was to come on site to finalize the quote. Another email saying "meet this afternoon" to which I replied for him to just let me know when. He was a no show. His response to the notification we werent using his company? "Thanks for the update." Highly recommend avoiding this company. Owner doesnt act professional, doesnt show for appointments, and doesnt even have a coporate email. Operates using a gmail. Avoid at all possible cost. Edit after posting: Owner, Shawn Obermann, emailed a threatening email stating "Well now you've picked my interest I'm gonna do a little digging into your a**". I've attached a screenshot for those interested. I will be following up with the Missouri Attorneys General regarding the business practices, or lack thereof, shown.

  The owner put an illegal lien on my house when we chose to go with another roofing company and was under investigation by the Mo Attorney General. 0 stars if I could The owner was under investigation by the State of Missouri and has a rap sheet a mile long. The country stopped accepting liens on customers from him WITHOUT PROOF (thank you Clay county) Just look him up on Casenet and see for yourself. Also, not a competitor, just a victim of his shady tactics...

  With all due respect, I have not put a lien on a house for nonpayment in over 2 years, and certainly have never put a lien on a house we did not do a job for. Anyone can look at the courthouse records. This lien does not exist. We are not under investigation by the MO attorney general either. By this person's own admission, they went with another roofing company and did not use our service, so commenting on our service is a violation of Google's terms of service. This is probably a competitor.
