  Just got our roof done with gutters and gutter covers. The work on the roof is good have no complaints about that, but the work on the gutters I didn't appreciate. There is a gap between where the roof and the gutters meet on the garage. We expressed our concern to them and they downplayed the problem and said that sometimes the functionality of something out weighs the customer satisfaction. I don't think anyone would want a very noticeably crooked gutter. Whether or not it is for drainage or not. Customer Service aspect need a lot of work. There crew just come on your property without announcing themselves. And the gutter crew just up and left when they were done without saying a word. So them dealing with the customer the etiquette needs work as well. And where was the project manager during the project? The crew really could not answer any questions or address things because of the language barrier. Very frustrating. The sales pitch was great obviously.

  Victors has been a great company to work with.  I find it strange that I am compelled to write a good review for a roofing company as I feel as long as they do a good job installing it doesn't leak then they've done their job enough said.  However, our path has been a little different.  Back in 2015 there was a storm that lifted enough shingles for a replacement to be covered by insurance.  We spoke to a handful of companies and received quotes and ultimately decided to go with Victors due to the price, quality of shingle, warranty and reviews we read online. Installation went smoothly and everything was good.  Then about two years ago we noticed a leak in a place we had experienced one before the roof was replaced, we thought due to poor flashing installation on the original roof (not by Victors).  We called Victors as part of our warranty and they came out quickly to look at the roof and let us know it was actually a siding issue.  The gentleman that came out took pictures to show us where the issue was and that the recently installed flashing was performing as it should and then he offered to go up and adjust the siding and put calk down to help temporarily address the issue with the siding until we could address it better in warmer weather.  Then in the past week we were in our attic and noticed that the OSB was dented in and we could see the vapor barrier under the shingles.  This spot on our roof is in a 2-story location with no trees even remotely near the house that could have caused the damage. We called Victors to come out to take a look and to give us a quote and they said that they weren't sure what happened either but that they would take care of it for us as part of our warranty.  Long story short they were great to work with during the estimating and installation process and I feel with the past two strange issues we've had they have gone above and beyond with their customer service.  I would strongly recommend using this company, you receive a quality product and installation along with great customer service.

  These people were fantastic! I heard their ads on WJR and then ran into Paul W. Smith, who confirmed that Victor's had done work for him. Kory Solomon did the roof inspection and gave me the original estimate. We had some delays (all MY fault) and he stayed with me throughout the process. The roof was installed in about 4 hours and the place was spotless when they left. The roof is just what I expected from this company. It looked great! I left for Florida the day after it was installed and shortly thereafter I heard that my chimney cap had blown off if a storm. This had nothing to do with the roof installation but I called Kory to ask that Victor's repair it. He went out the next day and replaced it...for free! Victor's wasn't the lowest bid I received but they are the BEST. I'll use them to replace my gutters when I get back. If you want a company you can trust, use Victor's.
