Paid almost $9,000 eight months ago, as part of the purchase price for our new house, for a new metal roof. Still waiting. I've been beyond patient with these people. They keep delaying and keep coming up with excuses. They keep pushing date back by weeks and never give you a hard date. When I finally pinned them down to a date, the weather didn't cooperate and now I can't get a return call. That's been three weeks ago now. Stay well away from this business if you want the work done promptly.
