  Long story short, my Aunt paid 15K in full up front for a new roof back in June and still doesn't have a new roof. She has gotten the run around each and every time she has been in contact with this company. She calles and no one answers, she leaves messages and hardly ever gets a call back. Now she's at the point of getting a third party involved because when she does get to talk to a person it's excuse after excuse as to why they can't come out and do the work they have already been paid for. And yes the check has been cashed! My Aunt just lost her husband and this is the last thing she should have to worry about!!! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star review but they don't have negative stars.

  Shawn Cote was very professional and knowledgeable and explain as much as he could to get our job done. We set up to have new roof and he sent out 2 guys that were amazing. Terry and George. Very hard workers and if you had a question they were right there to answer your question. Kept everything neat and picked up. We were very impressed with them 2. Terry had heart and you can tell he treats his home as if it were his. Guaranteed you will love these guys if you need work done Thank you Versatile Builders

  I called them on Sunday and they answered. I had water poring into my bathroom. They said that they would be out the next morning at 7 o’clock. Terry arrived and assessed the situation. He got right up on the roof and found the damage and quickly repaired it. I am so grateful to them for helping me so quickly. I would recommend them to everyone! LaVonne Kelley
