  Brian and his team at Urban Construction were a pleasure to work with on our new detailing building at Breaman Merrill Ford. The continued discussions on building materials and expert suggestions throughout the entire building process is what we were looking for in a contractor. Although we ran into delays and unexpected setbacks that most industries have ran into the past year, the communication and urgency was top-notch. Ultimately, our new building was professionally completed alongside Brian's expertise. I would recommend Urban Construction to anyone.

  The entire team at Urban Construction has been wonderful to work with. From the beginning, Brian and his team did an outstanding job in analyzing the needs of our business, and creating a design that was within our budget and would allow our business to grow. Our project had many delays and difficulties with the local municipality. Urban did not once let that interfere with the timeline of our project. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule. This can be credited to the extremely thorough planning and bidding process which they perform. Brian and his team were always available throughout the design and building process. They answered the phone when I called with questions, and scheduled regular meetings at the job site to ensure things were on track, and to keep me informed of the progress. Urban will build the building that you want built. If that is a plain metal building, they do those. They also can take that steel skeleton and dress it up with brick, stone, glass, wood, or any combination thereof. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new building, or repair their existing building.

  We have used Urban Construction for entire additions to small structural improvements and repairs. Our sales rep Keith Maas always responds quickly with a friendly smile. Urban has a professional team working together so our projects are superior from design to installation. thanks again UC
