  I want to be sure that everyone knows that all my expectations were exceeded! I appreciated the flexibility of the Sales Specialist Jim and his knowledge of the process. The kindness I received was unmatched and there was such a willingness to cater the process to my needs. Clearly really did make it easy with my busy schedule. My on-site crew did a great job and followed through as expected. Everything I experienced certainly reassured that I made the right choice, considering all the added value. These are quality buildings with quality materials and it shows with the end result. There are cheaper options, but you pay for what you get.

  I will start by saying that the building looks great. However the Sales person was not the best with organization of his employees. Every time I talked to his Foreman Jeff, He had no clue what was going on. The site was always left as if they were taking a lunch break. We had a snow storm come through and i wanted to plow. I told Jim that I am not going to be responsible for plowing the snow. being that air hoses and extension cords are laying all over the site. Jim then said that he would take care of it. (He did nothing for plowing and the inside of my building is full of hard packed snow. Later after they left and were done with the site I discovered nails......oh my nails everywhere. I am worried that every truck I park in the shed will have nails in the tires...... Foreman also was cussing and swearing directly to me the home owner for the sand being to soft. Why was he getting all mad at me? In the long run, the building looks great and the crew did a good job on it. Would I recommend Cleary to friends? yes but not this sales rep and not that foreman. Nathan and Jamison did a great job. They were very friendly and worked hard. I also enjoyed the time of the 2 brothers Kelvin and Mason. They worked well as a team.

  Called them asked for information about buildings still awaiting for the email. Lady who answered my call acted like I was more of a intrusion on her day then helpful. Wonder if I will get any information?
