  We got a new roof through Urbach Roofing and were very happy with the whole process. The quote was clear and easy to understand, and they explained the different options well. Everything went smoothly for installation, and they kept us informed as we waited for the permit approval.

  During the record breaking rains this year, I like many of my neighbors experienced issues with my roof. Had a mysterious water spot appear on the stucco and was concerned because the roof was 32 years old, that could only mean one thing either a repair or replace the old roof! I contacted Urbach right away, they worked on my roof when I purchased my home 10 years ago. They sent an estimator to have a look at the trouble spot, he was polite & thorough with the inspection. Turned out it was a cracked tile, water was leaking underneath . I also was made aware, the entire roof was never laid properly. To make a repair, the tiles would be redone the "wrong way". How silly, but logical & ridiculous. After some additional questions & thought, I decided not to chase leaks around on the roof, but bite the bullet to replace it. Yes, it was going to cost, but it was time! Urbach's entire team is amazing!!! I found out from the Estimator that the tiles could be reused, what a savings that is. Many people replace their roof and throw away perfectly good tiles that end up in the landfill. My new roof only required enough additional tiles to ensure the proper installation overlaying. Urbach took care of the required city permitting, was fast and flexible with their quote. I had several extra requests, additional gutters and removal of a very old & ugly satellite dish....hooray!! Additional venting was recommended for cooling efficiency of the roof. The project schedule, service and overall great workmanship goes a long way, very professional job. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. A roof repair is a big financial commitment as a homeowner, you want it done right. The final city inspection was approved and the best thing, my job was completed in 7 days. Thanks to all at Urbach.... If you need a roof repair or a new roof, Urbach is the one, they are a family owned, local company who deserves an opportunity to earn your business.

  They were working with my wife on a roof repair job, we had a small leak and wanted it addressed prior to the heavy rains. The worker showed up 1 day early, when we asked him for a business card he gave us the one for his own company not Urbach. He went up to do the work, came down a few hours later and said it was done. Its been 4 days, the original leak has grown and a new leak has appeared. Nothing is fixed, they are not returning my wifes calls hence now I am getting involved when in all honestly this was a very easy job (flashing and ridge caps).
