A neighbor had recommended Guardian Roofs and Energy Solutions to us so we asked for a quote to replace our roof and gutter system. We also asked two other local roofing companies. All three had great reviews, were very professional, and offered comparable product and pricing. We chose Guardian and are very happy with the quick (2 days) job. Our roof looks fabulous and we are so happy to have a new rain gutters. Spencer is a very responsive and professional rep and Mona is extremely helpful with our warranty paperwork. For the estimate, Justin not only showed me the product's specification's on paper, he showed me actual job's Guardian Roofs have completed and the customer's were very happy. Spencer introduced to the crew, explained what they would be doing and a contact number if I had any question's. The crew was on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Justin is awesome. Came the day after we called and gave a honest quote, had good material all ready and was super nice and knowledgeable. Reached out to Guardian Roofs based on some recommendations we received from friends. Spencer text me back for my address and arrived at our house the same day. This guy knows his stuff! Was able to identify our roofing issue in minutes and able to fix that same afternoon.

We had some roof damage after a serious storm. I called Guardian Roofs the next day. Justin came out the same day to evaluate the situation. He was polite and professional. Gave me an competitive bid for the job. The crew came back as soon as the rain stopped the following day. Spent all day fixing our roof on a Saturday. Did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to color and style match the tiles. Fixed the roof in one day. Looks good as new. I will be using Guardian for all my future repairs. He is professional, capable and honest. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received

So glad we went with Guardian for the replacement of our roof! Great customer service from the very beginning. The estimator gave us a highly detailed quote for the project. He was very helpful and thorough in answering all of our follow-up questions. The crew was able to complete the job in just three days. This included the repair to our flat bitumen roof. They were on-time, took photos of every stage of the project as they worked, and left the work site immaculately clean when they were done. Their craftsmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

Guardian Roofs was extremely professional throughout the entire roofing process and we highly recommend them. From the get-go they were communicative, transparent, and spent the time to answer our questions in person and via email. Justin was so easy to talk to and always had a answer for me on the spot. If I called and didn’t get ahold of him, he was quick to respond. (unheard of in construction) Anyways - I 10/10 recommend Guardian Roofs for all roofing needs. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive but we chose them in the end for all of the above mentioned reasons and we are happy we did.

Spencer is very personable and professional in all interactions; the crew got the job done very quick and the pricing/quote was lower than the other company that looked at my roof. They did such an outstanding job and the yard is so clean even after the wood roof that they took off that was so messy!!! They even went around the yard with magnets to get all the nails. It was exactly what was promised to us the first time we met with Spencer! Thank you guys so much.
