  Need a new roof, deck, renovation? Well, look no further than Up and Above!!! $800 for a "free" estimate, and professionalism that should be a case-study out of Harvard Business Review! With customer service that literally screams: "You're never getting your money back!!!" For only $750 (plus tax) you'll get treated to a condescending pro that will not only tell you "this is a really big project" several times, he'll accidentally step in the neighbors dog $hit and complain about it to you for the next 20 minutes. That's right, and the best part? After 30 minutes of your time, 4 minutes of the pro scribbling notes in your drive way, you'll get your very own estimate that's 20%, 30% and sometimes even 40% higher than the competition.   Twice we have had to call Up and Above for emergency roof repairs - once after superstorm sandy and once recently when high winds came through our neighborhood. Both times they were very responsive and professional, even while they themselves had no power and were taking many calls from others. Their quick response saved us much damage and aggravation and the temporary repairs held until they could do permanent repairs. After Sandy, they replaced the front of our roof and it still looks great 6 years later. Now we are on the schedule to have the back replaced after this recent damage. Pricing was reasonable as well and we had no hassles with insurance as a result. Really appreciate them!

  The best contractor out there! Professional and timely. My roof and gutters were done during the Holidays with snow & ice conditions. From start to finish, the staff answers all questions that may be left- as they are very clear and concise. Absolutely recommend them. Book your estimate with them, and search no further!
