  Shawn has done a lot of work over the years for me...built a custom deck, a detached two story garage and did a portion of our kitchen renovation. He also has done several smaller repairs from reinstalling flashing, repairing asphalt shingles and some minor siding work. At my office, he installed leaf proof gutters. He has always been very professional and meticulous with his work...would highly recommend him for all your projects.

  Great job and very responsive. We were shopping for a roof for the last several months. Our neighbor used Shawn after superstorm Sandy and was very pleased. We called Shawn and he called back right away. He set up an appointment for the same evening and showed up right on time. This alone is very refreshing these days. Shawn gave us a very reasonable quote and true to his word he did the job quickly, on time and within budget. In terms of quality, he left the house and driveway spotless, but the big test happened right after he finished the job when we had 4 days of non-stop rain! Bottom line we're very happy we chose Shawn to do our roof and will definitely be using his services for other areas in need of improvement, such as gutters.

  Shawn was recommended by a friend of mine and didn't disappoint. He gave me a roofing estimate as soon as the snow melted and was upfront with all of the costs. He kept to the install schedule and is great with communicating all aspects of the job. I was a little nervous since the job was for an occupied rental property an hour away. He even brought up small details like having DirecTV realign the dish and told me approximately how many sheets of plywood I would need to replace. I really can't say enough about Shawn as a contractor and his prices are really competitive. It ended up costing less than other contractor estimates and completed the entire roof in one day. That included replacing 7 sheets of plywood and installing new ridge vent. He was done with the entire job before my tenant got home that night. Overall I was extremely impressed.
