  We had Unified take down our old shutters and put up all new shutters. They also repaired and painted the doors on our garage and pool buildings and put up new outdoor garage lights and a decorativewelcome sign. They were extremely easy to work with and did a great job!

  They always get the job done quickly and well. The cleanup after makes the yard look better than it was before they came. Definitely recommend for any housing or outdoor project.

  I have had Unified Contracting do work at my house for over 6 years. They do excellent work or else I would have never had them back. They first did my roof and I was extremely satisfied with the work and the price. I had them back to re-side my house. Part of the job included removing wood siding on the upper portion of the house and then the whole house was sided in vinyl. Later, I had them back to install a patio door for me. They were able to do that and take care of miscellaneous tasks as moving some electrical and heating fixtures as part of the job. For each job, their price was lower than any other contractor that gave an estimate. I have found that they can handle any re-modeling job, complete it in a timely fashion, and ensure that the owner is extremely satisfied. I had them come last winter to shovel snow off of my roof during the dreaded storms that we had. Unified Contracting gets my top-rated approval! Keith Reynolds 4912 McClelland Ave.
