If you like your home then DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. First, during the installation they damaged both neighbors houses throwing singles off without regard and broke the siding on our house. They only came out because we refused to pay anything until all of the damage was repaired afterwards. During the installation to cops showed up at our house multiple times for them blocking the road illegally with dumpsters and cars (they showed up at night during bed time as well). Left tons of debris and plywood in the yard and never came back to clean it up. The roof leaked during the first rain and they claimed they would be out that Tuesday. Two weeks later the show up randomly and climb on the roof throwing caulking down on the lower roof getting it over everything. The quality of the roof looks/operates likes like a 12 year old put it on. Not to mention their price is the worst I've heard of since. STAY AWAY!

I would give no stars but I have to in order to leave a review. I called. They came to my house. About 2 months after I bought the house. They went up in the attic, they made sure I haven't personally checked the attic, which to be honest I didn't but I had someone working on some stuff in the attic and they haven't mentioned any leaks. So the Erie guys went in the attic and when they came back down they started to panic me. ' oh my God, your roof is leaking so bad. This project should be done right now, yesterday was already to late for this. Everything up there is bad and the leaks are terrible, the roof is improperly done. Change this right now' They gave us an estimate and of course we couldn't afford it right away so we set to go back to them if anything changes. Mention, we have the exact same roof in the garage and there was no leaking whatsoever so I started to think this. I was a bit worried that they might be right but after I went up in the attic myself and saw there was no leaks, definitely the roof is going to need changed but it's still can last a couple of years. I'm telling you. DO NOT CALL THIS PEOPLE! They are ruthless and they will do anything to sell they're project without carrying about anything else. I understand marketing I don't understand lies and panicking people with no reason.

Where do I start??? We just bought our home and it passed 2 inspections within the last 3 weeks. We knew we would be buying a roof within the next year or two and when we saw an ad for a free quote, we completed the online form and scheduled a quote for Thursday evening at 1900. No one showed up. Friday evening two men show up at 1900 to inspect our roof and give a quote. They went on top of the house and they were back and forth from their vehicle (we could see the brake lights coming on and off). Once they measured and inspected the top, they insisted on climbing into our attic (which is accessed by a tiny door in the ceiling of a closet). We could hear them walking around and even heard a crunch at one point. After the "inspection", they sit down to give us a sales pitch. They took pictures of our attic where it was leaking in 3 places. We passed it off as the sales part...even thinking that maybe they splashed water up there or as possibly showing us pictures of someone else's attic. The price of the metal roof was $33,000!! The fiberglass roof was $16,000!! When we scheduled the quote, we were advised that the quote would be good for a year. Turns out, it is only good for 30 days. They continued their sales pitch until 2230 (3.5 hours!) and refused to take no for an answer. Even called their "marketing guy" to see if they could get me a "non-disclosed rate" for marketing our home using before and after pics of our roof. Sales tactics are translucent at best. Very pushy and high pressure. Monday morning we get a call from a lady who wants to send a follow up salesperson to our house. I explained that we were not looking to buy a roof within the next year and commented on how pushy her salespeople are. She said they work solely on commission. Really? They told us they were Union! A little while after that phone call, we see a giant water spot on our kitchen ceiling. This house has JUST PASSED TWO inspections. Those sales reps tried to FORCE a sale by putting holes in our roof. When I called the lady back that I had just spoken to, she got me in touch with the customer service manager and then he then got me in touch with a sales manager. I told him I am contacting an attorney and he told me not to do that and if they messed it up, they will fix it. They sent a man over Tuesday morning to "inspect" and repair the roof. We do not know what he did. He took a picture of our kitchen ceiling and went on the roof then he left. We have not heard from them since. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY! Their sales tactics are DISGRACEFUL. I would have NEVER thought that a company who stoop to such low tactics to sell something.
