  BLUF: (bottom line up front). If you need a new roof, TMW is trust worthy, experienced, and will get the job done to standard. If I had three words to describe TWM roofing, professional, honest, and caring. I searched Yelp, BBB, Google, Angies List to see who had the best reviews that were current and matched my needs. TMW was one of three roofing companies I selected to give me an estimate. The front office was courteous and scheduled an appointment right away. Rob came out, inspected my roof, wrote up an estimate, and explained work needed in detail. After obtaining all 3 estimates, I had more questions. I spoke with Tom the owner and he was super awesome. He not only answered my questions but Tom also took away any concerns and anxieties I had. BTW, TWM’s estimate was $1500 less than the next roofer. That was icing on the cake. Did I mention that TWM has been doing roofs since 1978? At this point I had confidence in TWM and the lowest price for a 50 year roof. What more could I ask for, right? The tear off crew was quick efficient, protected everything around my house, and complete within 3 hours. Then there was my roofing crew, with over 10 years working together. These guys knew what they were doing and it showed. They replaced all flashing around the roof, around all the pipes, around my chimney, and where my two roofs meet. Forgot to mention that they painted all it to match. Day and a half TWM was complete and my roof was beautiful! Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about my experience.   TWM Roofing is the company you want to do business with. They re-did the roof on our 20+ year-old home in Temecula several years ago that had developed a couple of leaks. Recently, a small leak developed after the heavy rains at the base of a chimney where a seal failed. I called up TWM and Tom Marshall responded within a couple of days and fixed the seal – all covered by the warranty. So, they do great work, and they stand behind what they do – no problem and no hassle.

  We have a 20 yr old house and are in the process of adding Solar. As I was getting quotes from various companies, I received conflicting advice as to whether to go ahead and replace the paper underlayment on the roof, prior to solar or whether it was not necessary. The solar company I decided to go with (Stellar Solar) put me in touch with the roofing company they commonly work with, TWM roofing. I spoke with Tom the owner and he explained the options clearly and was very non-pressure. I also spoke to a couple other companies who weee more sales oriented. I decided to go with TWM Roofing and proceed with the paper replacement. From signing the contract to start date was very fast; approx two weeks. Max, the foreman and his son completed the project in two days. They were highly professional, and made sure to clean up after each day. This is an amazing Family Owned, local, company. I would not hire anyone else without first speaking to them!
