  This is the first time we've used this company and were very pleased with their service. All the way from the sales portion with Rebecca Hoffman where she came and spent many hours helping us build our dream bathroom, to the installers who were very professional the entire day they spent installing two showers (shower and tub) for us. Anthony Daniels was the installer for the bathrooms and he was very courteous, professional, communicative, and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company over and over again. We are very pleased with our results! Thank you Tundraland!! Lorna & Gavin

  I had Tundraland install a walk in tub five years ago. I was pleased with the service as well as my tub so I recommended Tundraland to my mom. I would have given it a five star rating, however after the experience my 86 yr. old mother had with this company I’m dropping it two stars. My mother ordered and paid for a walk-in tub. Due to pandemic there were issues with date of installation. Many weeks of delays and when the tub was installed it wasn’t installed correctly. It takes 10 minutes for the tub to drain. It’s been over a year now and it’s still not right. This week the city of Wausau called her because the permit to do this hadn’t yet been approved. So inspection was scheduled, and there are multiple things that need fixing including the drain system, an electric box that’s labeled, etc. The pandemic delays were expected. So yes, Tundraland gave her some token gifts as a way of apology which was appreciated but a bathrobe and towel in a basket doesn’t make up for the hassle this has become. She’s had to do a lot of footwork with phone calls and schedules. And as of today… its still not complete. Lots of people made a lot of money on this project and no one follows up from Tundraland to be sure the customer received what they paid for. She was left with a mess of incompetence and poor customer service. She’s so done with all of it, she’d like to have her old bathtub back. I will never again recommend Tundraland.

  We went from a tub to a walk in shower. Non slip tub was extremely slippery.. husband almost fell first time taking a shower. They came and put sticky strips in to solve. The shower head is 2 inches from ceiling so we must use handheld. Can't switch back and forth because even my husband has to stand on tip to toes to reach. I'm 5'1" so no chance of me changing. My husband talked to service technician who put strips in and a service manager was supposed to call us within 2 days. Still no call. Shower curtain bar was never tightened down. Salesman had said he would come 2 weeks after installation...it's been over a month.
