  Clear knowledge and experience, but failure to provide a ballpark estimate of the overall cost of the project before diving into detail resulted in a waste of time and effort for all involved as the final proposal was way, way over our available resources. Even had the proposal been acceptable, their lack of attention to detail for something as simple as correct email addresses, even after notice of error, did not bode well for a working relationship of several months, if not over a year, in duration. Again, personable, knowledgable, experienced, but with red flags.
