I shopped around several roofing companies before selecting Triad Roofing Services. They met and exceeded my expectations, providing a quality product at a fair price. I was very happy and impressed with the work that was done for me by Triad Roofing Services. The whole process was so great and their excellent service was much appreciated and needed. What more can I say, they did great work and I am very pleased with them, I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs, nothing beats fast, professional and quality work. They fixed numerous roof leaks and since then we have not had any more water issues/ leaks. So excellent we recommended them to our friends who also spoke very highly of their service, professionalism, and quality! A+++!!

They did a repair on a leaking roof at a very reasonable rate.  So far so good on the leak repair.  Very pleased.

Great company and great staff to work with.
Like a good consumer we obtained several bids from roofing companies. A couple came back very close, however after speaking with all of them we felt that Triad would providing more bang for our buck. They removed the old roof along with the old wind-driven turbines use for venting the attic space, put down new underlayment, new drip system and architectural singles with a 30-year rating, as well as all new gutters and installed a new ridge vent.  Once the old roof was removed there were a couple places where the old roof leaked and you could tell the wood needed to be replaced. Triad Roofing called me first prior to doing any additional work and let me know what they had found.  They provided a second quote to replace the damaged wood, which we felt was very reasonable and they continue the project never missing a beat.
They did a great job in removing all the old material. I walked around the house once the job was complete to insure there were no nails or debris left behind as I have a riding mower and do not need a nail in one of my tires.  No nails, screws or any other material was left behind.
Needless to say, we are very happy with our new roof and gutters. Triad Roofing did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Side note: I will be using them to replace my mom’s roof later this year.

Hired the company to replace the roof on my grandmother house.   Based on our experience I personally would not recommend them unless you want damage to the interior of your home done and then have them not take responsibility for the damage done.    The interior of the home was painted one month prior to the roof being replaced.   They dropped 90 lbs shingles on the roof from a height of 4 feet causing the drywall tape seams to split and nail pops to occur in multiple locations.    My grandmother stated that house felt like she was in California and was experiencing mini - earth quakes every time they moved a bundle of shingles.  They have my grandmother who is 85 years old stressed out to no return.   I WOULD NOT USE THEM.   We are sending them the balance of the bill due less the repair bill of $750.00.   I have also contacted a real estate attorney.   This review is not bashing there ability to properly install a roof.   It is how they treat there clients.   Be aware that the may try scare tactics and send you a bill 3 months after the fact stating that 18% interest will be applied to the unpaid bill.    If you hire this company I recommend having a good attorney.

There are several key facts that were left out of your review.  With respect, I was the estimator/representative for your grandmother's roof replacement, and present during the installation.  To accuse our men of throwing materials from a height of 4 feet and causing damage is a lie.  We take pride in our workmanship and have for almost 20 years, with an outstanding track record of quality work and safety.  Upon speaking with your grandmother about the "damages" and seeing it first hand, to say that it was minor and almost unnoticeable is an understatement.  It does not deserve the review that was written.  The issue lies with the sub-par/low-quality workmanship of the painting done approximately one month prior to the roof replacement.  To prove this point, the homeowner has now chosen a different contractor to fix (what they are claiming) are the issues we caused, as well as other issues the previous contractor caused or neglected to fix.  We have several pictures of the settling cracks, poor caulking, etc.. the contractor had done.  We do hundreds of replacements a year and have never had this issue.  We recently completed a town-home community of 240,000 sf without any problems.
Let's go back and make clear that you did not hire Triad Roofing Services, nor were you present at any point during the installation.  You are taking the account of someone who sat inside and listened to every vibration through a vaulted ceiling.  It probably was loud considering the circumstances, but now you are trying to hurt the reputation we've worked hard to achieve.  I specifically asked your grandmother for your number to discuss the situation and to ask you to access the problem yourself, at which point you took the exaggerated information that was given to you, again without seeing the issue first hand.  We were fully capable of fixing any of the possible issues that may have been caused by the work being done, however, I asked her to contact the original painter to see if they would make a courtesy touch-up for a reasonable fee (if they stand by their work), but unfortunately I believe they may have taken advantage of the situation, knowing the roof was recently replaced.  (If you can imagine about 4-5 locations the size of a sheet-rock screw costing $750 to repair, because I was surprised, and am apparently in the wrong trade.)
As to the "scare tactics" you mentioned, we decided not to pursue our legal right to collect the full cost of the work and agreed to deduct the estimate from the painter from the original contracted amount.  Now, after 3 months, our office calls to find out why the invoice has not been paid, and you are calling this "scare tactics"?  We did not ask for any money up front, and it clearly states in the terms and conditions of the contract that payment is due upon completion.  As of 3/8/18, the interior "repairs" that you were having done have still not been completed, and no payment has been made.
I can completely understand why you would write a review on behalf of your grandmother, but please have all of the facts first.  Take a moment to go over there and look at the "damage" and I will be glad to meet you.  To write a review out of emotion, and not truth, undermines the goal of a social media evaluation.

Wow! Did I say, wow?! We are extremely pleased with our roof replacement. Smooth process and beautiful result - our old-and-tired roof (which was leaking) detracted from our home's curb-appeal. Triad Roofing Services installed both flat roofing and pitched roofing on our home, as well as replaced water-damaged underlayment, and it is an AMAZING transformation! They used quality materials/methods (warrentied!) and the entire team (quote/office/install) has been helpful, personable, and respectful. Install was very professional and rapid, and clean-up was conducted DURING the project. -NO MESS! The experience has been a positive one. I recommend them with enthusiasm! (No, I don't hold any shares in this company - I really am THAT PLEASED)

I called Triad Roofing's office to get an estimate for a new roof replacement and was highly impressed with their offices professionalism and wealth of knowledge to point me in the right direction from what I thought I knew about roofing, which I obviously had no idea what I was talking about once I spoke with their team. They set up a appointment to come estimate my roof and also had plenty of samples of shingles for me to choose from. I chose Triad Roofing's business because they didn't seem to try beat me up on price and we're very honest and patient with my decisions and schedule. My wife and I chose a charcoal architectural shingle which really popped when it was installed! They were very conscious of my landscape to not damage anything and once gone, you would never know they were there other than a new roof! Thanks again Travis and Triad Roofing for a great job and making a customer feel there still are good people in business that are honest and stand by their work!
