  A neighbor referred them to me. Brian responded quickly and my job was started the next week. Most of the work was done in a single day. The foreman made a couple of other trips to attend to details. Brian was open to a couple of changes I requested after our initial meeting. First, the color I originally selected would have been awful. The color now is a perfect match for the house paint colors. He also only charged me $200 to put the matching roof on a small out building. ALL IN all, 100% happy with Artisan Roofing!

  I had an appointment with them to come by and inspect my roof. I was home and waiting for them but they never came. They didn't evan bother to call and cancel the appointment. I haven't heard from them since the initial call I made to them scheduling the inspection. I won't call them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  Robin, we're sorry you had this experience; we definitely appreciate the feedback. However, if it's helpful, we've gone through our appointment records and we don't see you in our system. We're a new company and it's possible that this appointment fell through the cracks somewhere, and that's on us. But we're also seeing some errors on Google's side when people think they're calling another company and get us due to generic roofing keywords. Either way... can we please offer to make this right and set an appointment to inspect your roof? It would be our pleasure to service you.
