I live on the North side of Alachua county and I still call TRI COUNTY METALS and don't even check with closer suppliers. Easy to order. Easy to pick up. They have what I need and If they mess up they make it right. 5 stars!

I don't even want to give one star. I called and spoke with tori and gave the dimensions and everything I needed for my roof to which she told me she had a package that would cover my roof, just a simple A frame roof. I know she got the dimensions correct and was NO mistake because she sent out enough eaves drip,rake pieces, and Ridge cap to cover the perimeter of my roof but when it came time to cover my roof I soon found out that she didn't send me enough metal sheets to actually cover my roof. Which if you do some simple math,length x's width you get the area and how much is needed to cover it.They only sent enough to cover 3/4's of it and now want me to buy the remaining pieces(at a higher price than i originally paid for the panels) needed after I already paid for what i was told was enough to cover my roof. No one buys 3/4's of a roof willingly. But instead they are blaming me for this "mix up" when in reality they pushed a package on me that they took a loss on from another customer and basicly scammed me by shorting me materials that i already paid for and trying to make me purchase the remaining pieces to cover my roof.  I'm just not sure how I'm in the wrong when I call a company give them the dimensions of my roof of what I need,pay the amount that they tell me it's going to cost to cover my roof,they send out materials that only covers three-quarters of my roof and try to make me pay for the rest of the stuff needed.kind of a scam if I've ever heard one.   These are the picks of what I'm left with.
