  I won a metal roof from Reeds Metals of Horseshoe Beach Florida, for their holiday, give back to the community. Tri County Roofing and Repair, came out to install my new roof. Install was done, from start to finish in one day. Less than 10 hours. I am so proud of my new roof. These guys did a phenomenal job. Fast, professional and awesome group of guys. Need a new roof?   Terrible customer service!! First called on 6/5 and someone said "Michael" will call me back for an appointment. No return call. I called back and left a message on 6/7 - still no return phone call until yesterday 6/13. Scheduled appointment for 6/14 between 4-5......at 6:05 shows up and just proceeds to get on the roof without a knock on the door. Sorry, if that's how you present your business I'd really hate to have to deal with you if there was a problem with your work or delays. Communication is key!!

  Had leak durning all the rain. Called and came out same day. Repaired no more leaks. Fast and courteous. Will call again when needed. Recommend Tri-County roofing and repair
