  If any of our Florida friends find yourselves in the unfortunate situation of your homeowners insurance requiring you to replace your perfectly good roof in order to stay covered, DON'T HIRE TOTAL HOME ROOFING. They came, ripped our roof off and put down the black tar paper in 2 days then never came back. They left a disaster with pieces of debris, nails, boxes, wood, trash (including Corona bottle caps) ALL over our yard and on the house and destroyed my favorite palm tree. THEN a storm came through 4 days later…. standing water in the front of the house which came down through the walls and out of outlets. Large wet spot in the ceiling above the upstairs bathroom as well. They came back for 3 hours the day after the storm and only patched up the areas that caused the leaks into the house. They've promised everyday that they're coming back the next day and now, 12 days later.... nothing!! SO if you ever take any advice from us, let it be this… DON'T hire Total Home Roofing!!!

  This is the worst contractor experience I’ve had in decades. As a real estate investor, I deal with many contractors. This company is completely unresponsive. They damaged my lawn by driving a large truck onto it in muddy conditions, they damaged my driveway by leaving the dumpster there for months. They used a leaf blower to “vacuum up” all the debris & insulation & blew everything onto my pool cage, into my a/c & pool heater. Broke a large cactus with their ladder. They didn’t clean up screws & no one spoke English. Very rude crew banging on my door expecting me to supply screws that the supervisor must’ve forgotten to give them. This has been going on for months & although they said they would take care of the damage they did, no one shows up to finish. We asked for a discount for the damage & they offered a pittance or they would do repairs so we said go ahead & repair your damage. My neighbors are also furious at the mess. This has been going on for months. The actual days that the workers showed up is 4-5 days. The damage still isn’t repaired several months later. For ANY work to be done, you will have to contact them more than a dozen times. I’m heading to the better business bureau to file a formal complaint now.

  Ask for Nick Taylor!!! Nick and his team were great to work with from start to finish. We had our entire roof replaced last year. Nick is very professional and we're very pleased with his punctuality and taking care of any questions or concerns we had. We are getting ready to sell our house and had some issues with a lien, we called Nick and he was able to help us rectify the issue within. 24 hours. Make sure you ask for Nick Taylor, he is great and very responsive. Thanks again!
