First Response replaced our roof, rebuild a rotten valley, replaced all soffit and gutters. It looks perfect! Eric even handled getting a painter in at the appropriate time. I would definitely use First response again and recommend them.

I hired First Response for a new metal roof and gutter installation.  The service was very professional, they were responsive to all my calls and the roof looks great!  Very happy with my choice and would highly recommend.

Eric and his crew were professional and did exactly what they said they would.  His crew was on time, neat and cleaned up every evening before they left.  We were very pleased with them.

They gave me a very competitive and reasonable estimate , that was easy to understand , since it was clearly itemized, in a timely fashion.
Eric  and the team were very professional, kept us well informed of supply availability and precisely honored the contract timing.
Actually were done before the promised time to accommodate our vacation.
Meticulously cleaned up after the job was done.
I wish I could do another roof with them, but would not need to for another 30 years !

We had a great experience with First Response Roofing! From the initial consult until the very end, we felt the communication was top notch and Eric  was a pleasure to work with. Our roof was done in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier with the look of it. Everyone was extremely personable to work with. The work site was kept clean. We felt very confident with First Response Roofing during the whole process. Due to some Hurricane damage that occurred to our roof prior, we found we were in need of replacing our whole roof in order to continue to have a competitive home owners insurance premium for the upcoming renewal year. Eric and his team went above and beyond to get the roof replaced in a short amount of turn around time.
