  Real friendly, respectful and courteous! They inspected the exterior of my home and found damage. They were honest and upfront with me and addressed all of my concerns on the spot. The whole process was a breath of fresh air, it was an over all quality install. They handled everything from A-Z in a timely and professional manner! Thank you Total Exteriors!

  After the restoration company that my Insurnace company sent to my house after the summer 2021 tornados failed to even tarp my roof correctly, I called Mark Pelletier. He had his guys at my house within hours to rip the bad tarping down and put up full size roof tarps and tacking strips to stop the leaking. This was just the beginning of how easy the process was. Mark made it simple. He was Full service when it came to working with my Insurnace company to get everything paid for and covered. He made sure every detail and material was covered as well as made sure to get my same or better natural quality than what was already on my home. Mark looked out for me and my home the entire time and I didn’t have to do anything but watch the repairs happen. He was extremely professional and transparent throughout the entire process which is extremely hard to find these days. I highly recommend working with Mark for any exterior work (I had roof structural damage, shingle and sheeting damage, siding damage, gutter and facia damage…Mark took care of every single thing).

  Total Exteriors gave us a FREE roof inspection! I didn’t think it would get approved because we had an adjuster look at it a few years ago. They were able to get our roof approved through insurance! They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They did amazing work and were done quickly! I highly recommend this company!
