  I cannot begin to explain the amazing service this company has given us. Justin Mikel has worked with us from the beginning and has done EVERYTHING. I have not had to lift a finger. He has communicated the whole time, keeping us in the loop and answering any questions. He has worked so hard to make sure everything is perfect for us and exactly what we want. He has gone above and beyond for us. We are so happy with everything and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!

  Called and requested a furnace tune up and check one problem. The technician came 3.5 hours late. When he arrived(Brett) he immediately asked me how old is the unit? I replied 16 to 18 years old, our house was not purchased and was sitting when we bought it. I told him of a problem that the heat will not always turn on when called until i tapped the pressure switch . He told me immediately that he didn't have the part on the truck. I replied what if I got the part? He replied "good luck getting the part". Not very good service! I, at the end of the conversation asked him about any information he may know about the A/C and furnace purchase special, as we bought our home with out A/C. This would be a good plan....I thought. Bret replied, I do not know anything about our companies specials. He asked me if I wanted him to do the tue up?? Like I am in a hurry and I am a waste of his time....that's how I felt. I am very sorry for the low score, I work in an industry that they make a very large impact on my income as well as my job. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

  Update July 16, 2020 After the questionable experience with the previous roof repair James, VP of Operations (ABC Roofing & Siding) contacted my husband to discuss our experience. James immediately stepped in and worked to swiftly resolve & properly repair the issue. We were assured ABC values its customers and stands on the its long held reputation of quality. We are satisfied with the response, outcome and quality of the final repair work from the qualified ABC Roofing and Siding team. ********************************************* I needed a leak on my roof fixed. My husband saw some roofers working in the neighborhood, so he asked them could they come by and give us an estimate. A representative by the name of Dean Helfers text him to set up an appointment. Helfers came by and while we. thought his estimate was a little pricey, my husband nevertheless signed a contract for Dean Helfers of ABC roofing to repair the leak in the roof. Mr Helfers should have known from working in the neighborhood there is a noise ordinance in effect at certain times of the morning, however he showed up at 7:00 a.m.on Wed. July 1, 2020 to start working on my roof. Well before he ordinances would have it. Dean was working on the roof listening to music with wireless headphones and didn't notice when a steel pry bar fell from his tool belt down to ground level and broke a window well covering on the side of my home. My husband had to bring this to his attention because he apparently did not realize this action and the damage it caused while distracted with headphones. We understand accidents happen, but Mr. Helfers nonchalant attitude regarding his mishap was very off-putting. My roof repair should have taken one day (at most) to complete. Dean Helfer left around 10 a.m.(in the middle of the job) stating he had two appointments; he didn't return until after 6pm. About 90 minutes later he said the job was complete. We took a water hose up to the roof to check the repair/leak. Much to our dismay and belief he’d left several shingles off my roof and told us we didn't need them. After a while of disagreeing he said he would come back the next day, Thurs. July 2, and replace the shingles on our roof. The next day came and went with no communication, no call or text. On Friday, July 3, Mr. Helfers finally texts my husband at 9:42 a.m. saying he was not trying to avoid him, but he needs three hours to put the shingles on he would come Monday, July 6. We agreed also advising not to forget the replacement well cover. Helfers said the cover had already been replaced, but was not secured. So he’s not trying to avoid us but he came to our home, did not inform us and days later in text, advises us he had been by? Today My husband went on the roof to check and noticed the siding that Mr. Helfers moved to do repair work were not properly re-secured. I want to know does this man and his work ethic represent the nature of ABC Roofing ? This is ridiculous, it's almost worth going to court and see if the judge would say if this is acceptable.
