This company is outstanding. There was a minor issue with installation and Scott the project manager and one of the installers were immediately on top of it. They both went the extra mile as too send me pictures to show me that the issue had been resolved as I could not take off work during the installation of my metal roof. I would highly recommend this company. I will be writing another review after my gutter and fascia boards are replaced.

Very mixed feelings about this company.  We wanted a metal roof and the sales guy was very much old school car salesman....  "I can't believe my boss agreed to reduce it that much!".  I feel like I got a good deal, but I don't enjoy haggling with sales people.

The installation was great.  The workers worked hard, were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves well.  I was pleased with the end product.

Problems started when our living room ceiling started leaking.  There is an attic about the roof and water was getting into the attic somehow - with no pipes anywhere to be seen.  I guessed it was coming in from where one section of roof connected to another section.  I called the Metal Roof Company and the person I spoke to said that they would send someone out to look.  After a few days I called back and was told that the person who was supposed to stop by had been unable to, but would come in the next day or two.  After a few more days I called asking what was going on - and someone else told me that a repair guy was supposed to have done the work.  I probably left 2 more voicemails and wrote 2 emails to the company asking if the work had been done.  They never responded.  I think they probably did the work (no more water getting in) but I don't know for sure.  If there was a major problem with the roof I fear that I would have to threaten them with lawyers to get a professional response.

I wouldn't use them again despite my initial happiness with my new roof.  I value customer service and they don't seem to.

Price was right and the customer service was superb! They don't just do metal roofs, I had my whole home done with asphalt shingles with minor gutter repairs and window capping. Michael, Scott, and Adam were all a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend highly enough!

We had The Metal Roof Comapny give us a new roof & use the same material for the siding on the house. The price was great & what a fabulous transformation! The  whole process took less than a week. Everyone involved was fantastic. I can be picky but they resolved any issues I may have had. I would recommend them to anyone one thinking of or needing a new roof &/or siding.

Wish I would have switched to a metal roof a long time ago! We have now had our metal roof for 4 years and it has been great. Love the look, and it's almost indestructible. When our neighbor's shingles are sitting in our yard, our roof still looks great. Dan is an absolute master at what he does and is great to work with, as are the rest of the employees.

We had a bad experience with this company that we would like to share with other potential customers. The Metal Roof Company has blocked my husband and I from being able to leave a review on their Facebook page and I suspect this review will be flagged by them too. The owner, Dan Toland, is identifying dissatisfied customers on social media and blocking them before they are able to leave a review. They are misleading their rating by blocking and disputing bad reviews from being seen by the public. We've left several messages, emails etc. over the last several months to mediate the concerns we had with our roof installation, all with no response. I have a 6 min recorded phone call with the owner admitting he's blocked us and threatening us with a lawyer and a lien on our home. We are withholding our final payment until he allows us to leave our honest review. The Metal Roof Company's response to our concerns trump any physical problem we had with our roof. I highly recommend looking for a different contractor based on ethics alone. Our roof is leaking, we have mold formulating on our ceiling and there was work left unfinished and it all could have been mitigated months ago --with a positive review showcasing their willingness to satisfy their customers needs-- but their lack of customer service skills has completely derailed any possibility of a positive review from us. You can fix physical problems, you cannot fix a company's ethics. We would really appreciate if this review is posted to Google for other prospective customers to see. Thanks!

This review is less than accurate.  First of all, they are not withholding payment, their final payment was returned due to insufficient funds in their bank account.  Our collection agency was able to recover this money via a cashiers check; and we have now received final payment.  The roof leak was a result of a secondary siding project initiated by the customer, and had nothing to do with Metal Roof Company.  Additionally, there was no work left unfinished.  As per agreement with the customer, they were to take down all posts like this, that had stated false claims.   They have not complied so now we are forced to respond.  We thank all parties involved in the resolution with this client.  We thank the client for paying their final bill.  It was well earned and we went above and beyond to address everything.

Crew did a outstanding amazing job installing our new metal roof.  Crew was very personable, took the time to explain the process to my wife and myself.  Once the job was complete, took their time to take a final walk and answered any questions we had.  Highly recommend The Metal Roof Company for any of your roofing needs!

From our free quote appointment with Dan until completion was super simple and professional across the board! The finished product and expertise detail is top notch! The price was very reasonable and the whole staff from the installers to the project supervisors (Aaron & Scott) was way over the top with professionalism and thoroughness! They take the time to make sure everything is not just 100%,..but 120%+ !  I highly recommend The Metal roof Company! I am sooo glad I called them!
