  I cannot say enough about what a great job Able did for my home. Sarah absolutely delightful really showing different aspects of my home for even our future plans but also explaining each part we were picking for the current work to be done. I received a new Roof as well as a few windows. Not only was all the roof work done very well, it looks very nice and clean, even after a year of installation at this point, I have never had any issues with it. The windows I notice a very big insulation difference from rooms that have not yet had the new windows put in to the new windows. They are so much warmer in the winter and the cool AC stays in the room better than others. I LOVE all of it and looking forward to Able working with me on my next projects.

  Able Roof did a professional job on my entire house renovation. New siding, gutters with downspouts. Workers kept their area clean and made sure nails and such were off the ground for my kiddos and animals. Schedule and details of the project were always well communicated and quality was the highest priority. Communication and response time was quick and easy which I liked the best of all the companies I had bid for this project.

  Heres the half assed job I got.. Wish I would of known they contract out to the lowest bidder. Guess a ridge vent like every other house I see would of been too much to ask. Wonder how your really supposed to vent a room with a vaulted ceiling. Roof is so soft you can step through it. Supposedly they used 27 new sheets of plywood on my roof. But the spot that was original soft is still soft. Didn't see any pictures. Guy comes out and tip toes from rafter to rafter in front of my wife and says its fine. When I complained I was told" you've got a warrant".LOL They didn't hesitate at all to send the bill though. Managed to finance me for exactly what the roof cost minus the plywood they supposedly used. I wouldn't recommend these people to put a roof on a dog house. Just another ohio company doing whatever they can get by with.
