Impressed with the amount of stocked shelves.  Helpful staff, friendly staff.  Not our usual Home Depot.  So little lost in the setup. Help was available everytime I was looking for something.  They must have seen me start looking at the signs and stepped right up and asked if we needed help.  Even explained the layout of one aisle that seemed organized once system was explained.  We'll be back to this location again.

Store was slammed this morning.
Couldn't find a single lumber cart for what I needed. Waited half hour to find one.
Quality of lumber has gone down while prices have risen drastically.
Cashier Eileen was nice and calm, even allowing me to split purchases between two credit cards.

I've always liked Home Depot, but they have recently begun to make things very difficult to return. Ended up eating almost $400 because of a lost receipt. That never had to be a problem with their no questions asked policy, but apparently that is no longer the case. Because I had one other *no receipt* return 5 months ago, apparently they've decided that I'm a high risk return? I don't get it, but that's what I was told.. they flat out refused to return the items, not even for store credit...

I could spend hours in this store. Home depot has everything you need, whether your having your home built, remodeled or just wanna switch things up.... Home Depot is a one stop shop. The Home Depot app is is a ton of fun! Lots of how to videos, you can shop from the comfort of your home.

Brenda went out of her way to track down items in the store that were showing as available online but were actually located in a temporary holding container outside.  She saved us several hours of having to track them down at another store.  We're very appreciative of her extra efforts to help us out and make us feel like valued customers.

We did not find even one of the seven items that we came to buy.
Online it said items we r e in stock but when we couldn't find them we asked three different employees if they could direct us to the two most important items on our list and each of the three employees gave us totally different isle numbers and location to find them....
Oh well let's blame Covid and the new government induced "Supply Chain" shortage.... when the only Supply Chain Breakage is Government planned

For the most part.... we were looking to order some new appliances for our new home, we had been looking to buy a package of Samsung appliances. However we were not able to pull up on our phone what we were wanting in order to give the sales woman the correct numbers for each of the appliances. She seemed very perturbed that we did not end up spending the over $5,000 for the appliances that she showed us. So we went on and got the rest of our items that we were needing and checked out.

They have a great garden center with lots of trees, plants, herbs, as well as everything else you need. Look at this beautiful rose bush I just got.

I go to buy some 4×4×12's and the only ones on display were 4 pieces that were either warped, split or cupped. In other words none that anyone was going to buy for 26+ dollars each. There was a new stack right above the display rack that could of easily been brought down. I asked the 3 employees standing around joking with each other if they would do just that and they refused. Thy said my only option was those 4 pieces. REALLY!!
No problem, I took my business down the street to Lowes on Gulf tor Lake and they were more then happy to help me.  Guess what store I wont be shopping at any time soon.

Customer service was good, and many of the prices are on par with Wal-Mart for similar items.
