This is my spot. Parking a thousand times better than Lowes and I like the layout. They have everything you need and more and they are relaxed not uppity like the blue man group. Preference is home depot over Lowes. Not an enemy of Lowes just a preference. Oh and they don't follow me around because of my tattoos like Lowes. Stop it blue I have money.

I walked in to the store, and I was welcome by Lisa she was very nice and helpful
I ask her where I can find the scaffolding
And she give me directions right away great experience today, most of the time I ask
And the person have to call and ask someone else
And sometimes they don't even get back to me
They just disappear
She is great 👍🏼

Absolutely my go to spot for most hand tools. Never have had a problem with online order/delivery/ pick-up. Still love the grid locations.

I always forgot this place was in Jackson. Just never knew anyone that went here to get stuff. But after a few trips for items the competition was out of. I've grown to enjoy shopping here. I've learned that having online orders shipped to my house is much better on my nerves and stress level than even thinking about dealing with the folks at the online order desk. You can completely give up on having your item brought out for curbside pickup. Just park and go in, leave yourself plenty of waiting time. You are going to be there for a while. But on the other hand you can do as I do and just pay the extra shipping to avoid all that if your item has to be ordered. I am a home depot customer and will remain a customer of the store with regards to any in stocks items I need. Recently got a great deal on a water heater and spent a good bit of change re-plumbing my house with pex-b all the way through out. Plus their "pro" app is awesome. Great deals and awards for spending over set amounts. I took 2 stars for having to even think about my experience with ordering online for in store pickup again. It would not take much to handle that part better than its handled now. I will gladly pay to avoid it tho.

I stopped in to get a new shop vac that my husband wanted. I seen online they had them in stock but it said that the item wouldn’t be available for pickup until the next day so I assumed it was probably there just on the truck or something. I went to the isle and seen that there wasn’t any so I went to customer service to ask if they had any in stock and showed the lady what it said online. She was rude and told me to go to isle 14 to check and I tried telling her that I had already been there and that’s why I was seeing her but she couldn’t comprehend that and she seemed like she was just maybe having a bad day or just doesn’t like her job but everyone else there was great. I finally found an associate that assisted me in getting the right one from the back. I highly recommend this product.

Went there to get spray foam. I could not find so went looking for someone that works there. Found a girl on the phone in door area. Stood there for 4 minutes with here not even acknowledging me. So I head to customer service on my way I spot another employee he sees me and cute to another row I cut to row and he cuts the other way when I yelled out are you avoiding me! he finally stopped and i told him what I needed told me and walked away.  Very poor customer service

Don't go there expecting to buy appliances and take them home with you. Because they have to order it . But they don't put up a sign that says has to be ordered. Thought I found what I wanted earlier today drove 60 miles home to get a trailer went back to be told we don't stock them. So went to Lowe's and got what I wanted.

Better selection than Lowe's for plumbing and electrical supplies... but the service staff is worst I've ever seen at ANY location... smh

Some of the women are helpful but we sure live in some sad times. “We got what you need in stock, but it would take me 30-40 min to unload the pallet??!”” Tried to wait but this guy in electrical refused to be any help.

They are amazing, I have fun every time I go in there.  Thanks, guys for making my mornings better.
