Everyone at this State Farm office is exceptionally great!! Kaylee especially is so nice and goes above and beyond to help in any way!! So often dealing with insurance of any kind is so impersonal but that is definitely not the case here!! You will be treated with individual care and interest. I want to thank Brandon and all the folks with State Farm for what has been my best claim experience .... hands down. Everyone we’ve spoken with has been professional, well spoken and very concerned. They have just been amazing. This has been a situation, derecho almost took the roof off the house/hail and water damage, we never anticipated and I feel like State Farm has truly been working with us to get things back to normal.

Exceptional customer service. Straight forward explanation of members benefits and fantastic follow up with customer to insure complete satisfaction.

They not an good insurance company. You pay your money but you in an accident. They tell you its nothing we can help you with thats Claims Dept. They say we mailed check 16 days ago still no check. I went to dr same day accident and I contacted NST they informed me I do have a case as long as I Dont sign check. I see yall in court for accident& medical bills. I just want my vehicle fixed no 50/50, 60/40 but I truly feel they work with Progressive both want me to be out pocket. You all wouldnt listen or explained anything, lied you all didnt have my information but it was on police report. I call that lazy and dont care about your customers.

Best insurance agency. Everyone was always so professional and friendly. We miss this place. Had to switch to different insurance company due to our move to Texas, but other than that we would have continued service with Brandon Jones.
