  This is my second structure with texwin. The first being a carport with metal building attached. That was a few years ago. Everything was perfect on that install and sales. This second structure being a 30x40x12 shop. My salesman sold me both structures as he's just down the street. He told me upfront and wanted to be clear as he possibly could that texwin was 12-16 weeks out for this install. I was fine with that. My foundation was already done and I wasn't in a hurry so to speak. I contacted texwin at the 9 week mark just to see where they were at. The lady I spoke with said she was about to call me to set up a time for install. We setup a time for 2 weeks later which was sooner than the 12-16 weeks. She said they would be here at 6:30am on 11/11/2021. They showed up right at 7am as the sun was fixing to rise. Now she told me it was going to take 2 days for this install. I didn't really figure it would take 2 days but I was very happy to see they got it done in about 6 hours. They measured my slab and just went to work. The guys were very nice, very professional and asked me about the building and placement of doors and windows before they started. I honestly can't say more good things about this company. So far 2 for 2 on very good experience. I honestly read the reviews before I purchased this building. And was scared do to covid reviews and supply demand. I would say that the people having to wait longer than than the time frame given is because of the salesman not telling them the truth about the time frame. My Salesman was very honest about it so I was expecting longer but pleasantly surprised when it was weeks to a month sooner. Definitely a good company that I have had no problems with. Now I'm sure if something happens (leaks) or anything I'll contact them but so far so good.

  Besides the building being crooked. The garage door is installed incorrectly. It's a roll up door and the rails are wrong. When the door is closed there is a 3 inch gap at the top. Left messages with the sales rep and at the number that I had used when trying to get the building up. No call backs. This is not just a little sloppy. It was engineered or installed wrong.

  This is a surprise, Signed delivery reciept stating you are happy, then call back wanting a rubber seal, we did that at no charge, that is signed off as happy as well. The pictures of the building look good, every from my end looks like your happy!

  Could not be more disappointed! So many problems with their workmanship. They had to come out several times to fix issues, and each time took weeks-to-months before they responded. During installation, they scratched several panels and blew out a couple of the corners of my concrete slab because they put the posts too close to the edge. They had to come back out to replace the panels. They didn't use gaskets where some of the panels came together so my spray foam guy couldn't completely seal everything. They had to come out again to fix that. They didn't use silicon to seal around the window they installed so it leaks. They came out twice to try and fix it but it's still leaking! Their responsiveness to my issues was as slow as molasses in winter and the owner even tried to make me sign an agreement saying I would not leave negative reviews on social media before they would come out one last time to try and seal the window. Obviously I didn't sign that...he was just trying to cover his ___. All in all, it was a very combative exchange every time I contacted them. I would not do business with this company. A metal building is a metal building so get yours from someone else. I also think they need to replace the crew that works their Wichita Falls area installations and get some guys who will do quality work. All these issues could have been avoided if they had just done things right the first time.

  We did make a few mistakes but stayed with it and fixed our issues. My Wynne had some of his own windows he asked our contractor to install as a side job, outside the scope of our work. They were the wrong kind of windows for a metal building and we did not charge him to put them in. We fixed it anyway. I had him sign a an indimnity agreement as to not be responsible for a window we did not supply or charge him to install and he did sign it! There was no mention of social media agreement. He is being dishonest about that! We stuck with the problems until they were fixed.
